Ciara is gearing up to take the radio airwaves by storm with her new Ludacris assisted track, "Ride", another song from the entertainer has surfaced. Similar to "Ride", "Speechless" was written and produced by The-Dream and Tricky Stewart. Ciara’s yet-untitled LP hits stores hits stores later this year.



While by no means a Ciara fan I'm kinda feelin the track itself and if done by some young lady that can sing and bring the song to life that would be real Hollywood. Be that as it may, it's still Hollywood. Not feeling that fact that The Dream sounds like R Kelly tho...

They were also spotted at the Hawks vs Pistons game in Atlanta. Cute shoes Ci, they are the new Mickey Mouse themed kicks and are apart of Adidas’ latest ‘Originals’ range – which the 24 year old is the spokes-model for.
Her team really do not appear to be playing with her forthcoming album. A previously reported, the singer shot the video for the album's lead single "Ride"; The Tricky Stewart/The-Dream crafted track features Ludacris and serves as the first single from her upcoming album.

New Music: Christina Milian

New music from Christina Milian, who recently gave birth to a baby girl is leaking left and right. The first of the new tracks is “My Blood Valentine,” which is a minimal track, with her husband, The Dream on background vocals. Also, is “Nevermind,” written and produced by The Clutch. No word yet on when Christina’s new album, Elope is set to hit stores, and a new single hasn’t been confirmed either. I like the second one betta if I HAD to choose one...

Who Is The King Of R&B???

As much as some may hate to admit it (including me) Beyonce is by far the Queen of R&B. Though there are a lot of female artist that have tried to come for her crown, only to look stupid in the process. Other than the fact that either she completely doesn't care or just ignores them, she truly is on a whole different level.
Ciara and Keri Hilson are two of many that have had there choice of word for the "Single Ladies" singer. But what made these two stand out is the fact that they both decided to make their words public; and going as far as spending the energy to record dis records.
And even as I type, I think to myself, many rappers have done the same, but for a female R&B artist to do so wasn't the best look for their careers. You may dislike or even hate her but it is what it is.

Which brings me to the point of this post. Usher in his "Yeah" days was no doubt the king of R&B. He had the dance move and singing ability, not to mention the sex appeal to raise above the rest. His relationship with Chille of TLC, only helped "Confession" become one of the best selling albums of all time.
But with his marriage to Tameeka Foster and his last album not performing well even with his fans, his swagga has seem to fade to say the least. Although I see what he was trying to do with his last album, I was not surprised that it couldn't accomplish the same.
We all know very well by now what Chris Brown's reason is for not being at the top of the line for the crown. His trouble doesn't at this point need to be repeated.
At first I felt, if he completely disappeared it would be okay for him. But he just started doing that with his noticeable absence from this years Grammys.
And there are other names such as Omarion and other I can't even remember which is not good for them.
UPDATED: I just thought of some, J Holiday, The Dream, Jamie Foxx,Trey Songz, Maxwell and Ray J).
And lastly we have Mario. He has had some really good albums in the past which I bought, but some reason his shine is always duller than the rest (tho I'm not sure why.) "Break Up" was a hot song, don't lie...


So my question to you is...Who IS The King Of R&B???

New Music With Mariah And The Dream

I've got new music for you. Wish I could say it was good tho. This is the remixed version of "Ribbon" features the song’s co-writer, The-Dream, and rapper Ludacris. ‘Angel’s Advocate’ will be released via Target on March 30th.

Things are not looking very Hollywood for Mariah Carey. ‘Angel’s Advocate’ has failed to excite fans,with the lead  singles ‘Up Out My Face’ and the Ne-Yo assisted ‘Angel’s Cry’ failing miserably on the charts.  While ‘Up Out My Face’ peaked disappointingly at #100 on Billboard Hot 100, ”Cry’ embarrassingly never garnered enough airplay or downloads to even debut on the chart.

This era is quickly descending into a hot burning mess for our Mimi. It’s all rather sad. With the Oscar buzz around ‘Precious’, as well as her other projects, it’s a bit baffling as to why she’d opt not to just concentrate on those (forgetting and hoping we did too) the epic flop that was ‘Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel’). Instead she’s subjecting herself to more embarrassment by lazily releasing a half-baked remix record. I really do not know who or what is helping her make these ill-informed decisions,

Christina Milian and "Falsetto" singer The-Dream have much reason for celebration. The couple welcomed a daughter, who they named Violet, on Friday (February 26th).

The Dream Love King

Here is the first single from singer/song-writer The-Dream’s 3rd album ‘Love King’ also titled, "Love King", the song is nothing new for me, and doesn't move me at all. And I like The Dream, his last album still get play in my car. But this is the same old for the "Falsetto" singer. The production for this song is by L.O.S Da Mystro. I'm still getting his album tho, just come with something betta than this for me.

The Dream and Milian Wedding Pictures

The Dream and Milian has opened up to US Weekly about their nuptials. The two were married in a $300 dollar wedding in Vegas this past September. I she wearing shorts? Really Mr. Dream? But what I heard they are planning a BIG wedding after the baby is born. And I'm she this one will be more extravagant.

The Dream Is Seeing Nightmares

Talented R&B songwriter The-Dream was livid last night about not receiving not one Grammy nod. In a nut shell the Grammy nod are voted on by people in the industry. The very people that come to him for a hit records somehow think that none of his solo albums are Grammy worthy? Side-Eye...This years ‘Love vs. Money’ was all over the radio. And his first album still gets play from start to finish in my CD play now, but then again I'm not on the committee. The Dream took to twitter to blast the industry for the apparent oversight.
