Usher’s "Lil’ Freak" Video

Usher’s latest single ‘Lil’ Freak (ft. Nicki Minaj)’ premiered a few moments ago. Check out the TAJ-directed clip. Cameos by Ciara and Jamie Foxx
Here’s how she explained the concept to MTV

The Young Money femcee described the premise as being similar to the “Saw” movies. “It felt just like one of the sequels to ‘Saw,’ ” she said. In those flicks, the main character, rather than punishing them with death, gives his victims a number of challenges.

Young Money's Nicki Minaj has reportedly recruited R&B singer Bobby Valentino for her upcoming debut album.n

"It was me, Nicki and the producer, Fat Boy, kinda vibing in the studio," Bobby said about their 'Stilettos" collaboration. "That same night, Fat Boy played a couple more tracks and I heard one that I really liked and Nicki was in there, too, so we did like a true collaboration. She had the fly shoes on, so I was like, 'Those some crazy stilettos right there.' We just started talking and that's how the whole concept came together. That's why I think the song came out real crazy. 'Cause we were [really] going back and forth...Me and Nicki been cool for a while. She's blowing up now, but we been working together for years. I'm not sure which [songs] are going on [the album], but anytime she in the studio or I'm in the studio we always invite each other."

New Music: Ludacris and Nicki Minaj

Ludacris teams up with the quickly advancing newcomer, Young Money signee Nicki Minaj for the track, “My Chick’s Bad.”

The new track, produced by The Legendary Traxster, is supposedly from Ludacris’s upcoming seventh project, Battle of the Sexes, which was originally supposed to be duo album with him and previous Disturbing Tha Peace signee, Shawnna. But it seems as though the direction of the project has changed after her departure from the label.

Battle of the Sexes, now led by the single, “How Low,” will now be a collaboration album with a flurry of cameos, including Ne-Yo, Trina, Monica, Flo-Rida, Ciara, Pharrell Williams, Trey Songz and Trina, to name a few.

Ludacris’s new album is scheduled to drop on March 9th.

Nicki Minaj and Robin Thicke set The Late Show with Dave Letterman stage on fire. I don't even like the song too much, but Nicki does it for me. If your reading my blog right now you'll know, I'm checking for her right now.
But the second time I watched it I noticed Robin dancing. At 1:50 mark during the break down hommie was looking straight crazy.
But I can appreciate the fact that they clearly put in work for this performance. Most would have just walked back and forth sang and posed.

Mariah Carey New Video Joints

Here is Mariah Carey video for "Up Out Of My Face" ft Nicki Minaj.

The video is just blah for me. Nothing new or different which ain't a good thing cus other that Nicki's verse I can't even pay the song any attention. With that being said, I can't blame her or her record label for not wanting to put anymore money or effort (for that matter) into this song or project. "Memoirs" hasn't performed well on radio or the charts. The lambs are mad at the producers of this album, mainly because they allowed The Dream to exclusively produce this album, with. And to make matters worse they are releasing a remix version of her latest, which could turn out to further embarrass Mariah. Taking a bad album and remixing it with phone in rapped verses can't help her cause.
As much as I didn't care about Nicki when I first hear and seen her(the Lil Kim poster remake), her animation and delivery is catching my attention. How long she can keep it will be the real question tho. I heard her earlier work, and to tll you the truth she really does sound like a Lil Kim Foxy Brown clone like they say. But right now I'm really feelin her and she seems like a nice girl.

The lambs will be especially happy cuz she also released Angels Cry ft. Ne-Yo. Check them both out and comment...
