Chris Brown was spotted on the streets of Miami recently. We haven't seen Breezy in a minute. There is still no word on when the singer will release the third and forth singles from his latest album, "Pass Out" and "Singing Like Me".
Just in case you didn't know or haven't noticed, he's releasing two songs at a time, one for the urban market and one for the pop market.
