You may remember last year around this same time they hired MC Hammer to be in there Super Bowl commercial. Well they are still in business, even though there are a lot of unhappy customers. Some are so mad they are suing. While I was researching I found out their customers are complaining that they (Cash 4 Gold)

And among other thing, Cash 4 Gold say they give you enough time to decide weather or not to sell by accepting their offer or request your gold back; but what they don't tell you is that clock starts as soon as the send you the appraisal form in the mail. And by the time you receive it via snail mail, you only have like two days to hurry and decide and send it back by the deadline,and by that time it's usually too late. On top of the fact that many have complained and even filed lawsuits, even old employees are talking.
