The story also confirms that Usher has ditched momager Jonetta Patton again and has AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips managing him now… Sounds extra nervous to us.

And while Usher worked with Dre & Vidal, Pharrell Williams, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Polow Da Don, Johntá Austin, Jermaine Dupri, Bryan-Michael Cox, Sean Garrett, the Runners, Jim Jonsin, Rico Love, Ester Dean and Jive labelmate Miguel, many of these names are the same ones that failed to help Ush deliver the last time around.

It also sounds like most of his team seems to be hinging the success of the new album on his Nicki Minaj collabo “Lil Freak.”

Do y’all think that joint is even good enough to be getting anybody’s swagger back??? Is Usher still that guy, or should he go ahead and start plotting on Brian McKnight and other “old heads” audiences?

Singer Monica broke up up with her famous rapper boyfriend and spoke with blogger sandra. This is the only statement that Monica will give. She asks that the media (and bloggers) respect her privacy during these trying times..

I know there were many rumors. And Sandra, I appreciate that you never dug into them for the sake of both our families. I am going to rest today & go back to work tomorrow. I am going to do what I have always done. Focus on my children, my family & my career. Rock was put under a lot of harsh scrutiny during our entire relationship and I’m sure that was not easy.

However at this point our focus is being great parents. He is a great father to his children and, continuing forward, that is my only concern. With every breath in our bodies we will make sure that they feel as little pain as possible And continue to have the lives they had before with no attention dedicated to our separation. I will not be speaking on the subject further unless it is with God whom I believe does everything with reason. I love my children and their father and I’m truly grateful for those that loved and supported us through the good and the bad throughout the years.

BEP Take Over

The Black Eyed Peas< took over Times Square in New York City Wednesday night (Mar 10) and performed a surprise concert in an effort to promote the launch of Samsung’s new 3D TV’s, which are available this week.
Though the concert wasn’t publicized, due to an NYC regulation that states that events in Times Square can’t be formally announced until 30 minutes prior to they’re scheduled to start, but Twitter and other forms of social media allowed the Peas to attract a crowd of around 10,000 people.

Neffe Is Hurt And Talking

Keyshia Cole’s sisters Neffe and Elite were on V103’s Ryan Cameron show earlier today to announce that there will be a second season of the “Frankie and Neffe” Show. While there they had the opportunity to vent their frustrations on Keyshia Cole turning her back on her family and releasing a statement acknowledging that she was no longer speaking to them.

Neffe: You could never cut your blood loose no matter what you are doing on this earth. It runs through our veins. I’m gonna keep it 100. My sister decided to live a different life. It’s not because “oh we ghetto, we belligerent and loud”. We are all cut from the same cloth. [We all came from Frankie] If you see us, we out there, it’s just that Keyshia keeps hers from behind closed doors.

Elite: When I read it I was shocked. It was hurtful too. I had just come off of tour with Keyshia. We had 3 or 4 tours, I worked for my sister, I was her assistant for 8 months so I worked. I was shocked [by the statement]. Last time we spoke to her we didn’t think it was going to be a public permanent thing. When we last spoke to my sister, we had a family dinner to discuss some family matters and she was a little upset about the whole Frankie and Neffe Show.

Neffe: She is upset about it. She did not embrace the fact that “The Way It Is” was done and they had picked up “Frankie and Neffe”. We didn’t ask for that. We didn’t go to her and said “Sister Sister please can you give us a show. Can you give us a shot. Can we be stars”. We never asked Keyshia to do anything for us. She brought us down here to make our lives better but it didn’t get better, it got worse”.

Neffe went on to say that she was holding her own in California but things changed when she moved to Atlanta.

For the record, I love my sister but you have to understand this is real life this is not a game. She’s a beautiful person. The “Way It Is” didn’t cut us no checks. We didn’t start seeing no money until the Frankie or Neffe show.

A part of me wants to run through my house and scream “you ungrateful bishes????” but i also understand a check is a check. If they weren’t seeing any money coming in from the other show, what else are they supposed to do?

I hope they all get it together but to me it seems like a whole bunch of unnecessary drama. MAN DOWN. HOLLA!

I watched it a couple of time to caught the things that I missed the first time, however I skipped the LONg intro. Many blogs called this video EPIC and to be quite honest it wasn't. Don't get me wrong because when you step back and realize that video as of late were becoming obsolete, this video clearly broke through that barrier. Lovers and haters a like were waiting on the edge of their seats for this video. Weather they wanted to see it to talk junk or were fans, "Telephone" and "Video Phone" for that matter single-handedly brought back the music video.
With that being said I wish her approach was more serious. The video had a comedy like feeling that I wish Gaga would have left on the cutting room floor. I will also say I was a little disappointed by the the lack of fashion in the clip. I was really looking forward to them killin it fashion wise. But all in all the video was ok and wasn't that much of a let down if you ask me, and in the scope of things, shook up the game and was really, really Hollywood.
I would have to say my favorite part of the video was when HoneyBee and Gaga danced together, that alone though brief was worth the wait.

I really hated the nakedness and the girl on girl action...was that really necessary to the storyline. Not homophobic, just seemed forced and unnecessary.



And for those of that were confused as to what the point of the video was Gaga explains it for you. Ok that's what it was about, don't act like I was the only one lost for certain parts...

In this video, she helps Beyonce kill her abusive boyfriend. They kill everyone in the dinner to make it seem like the food killed everyone and they escape.

Of their wedding rings, Otunga shared that they are planning to have famed jeweler Neil Lane, who created Hudson’s engagement ring, design their wedding bands, as he is “a personal friend, as well.”
The Harvard educated lawyer also mentioned, “I want my son and I to wear matching custom tuxedos.” As for whether the former ‘American Idol’ castoff-turned-Academy Award-winning phenom will perform at the reception, he added, “It would be wonderful to have Jennifer sing – I’d love that.”

R. Kelly’s latest single to surface off his latest album "Untitled" is "Be My #2". The funky, 70s inspired cut is refreshingly unlike anything unlike anything populating the charts at the moment. But it does remind me of something Justin would do and rock betta cuz he would bring a dance element Kels can't. Overall great track tho. Don't want to hear it as a single tho. And I also forgot he had an album out...

The first of the new tracks is “My Blood Valentine,” which is a minimal track, with her husband, The Dream on background vocals. Also, is “Nevermind,” written and produced by The Clutch. No word yet on when Christina’s new album, Elope is set to hit stores, and a new single hasn’t been confirmed either. I like the second one betta if I HAD to choose one...

B.O.B "Nothin On You" Video Ft. Bruno Mars

The video for new rap sensation B.O.B’s new single "Nothin On You" featuring Bruno Mars has surfaced. I keep hearing this song on the radio and while I was just posting it the video came on my tv. After watching the video I'm almost interested enough to google him for more music...Almost, I'll wait to hear more on the radio tho. Put it like this, I'll make a category (label at the bottom) for them later. I do like the song tho. Signed to T.I.’s Grand Hustle movement, the 21 year old is about to crack the top ten on the Billboard Hot 100 with this very track which is from his debut album "The Adventures of Bobby Ray", in stores April 27th which is pretty soon. A little too soon if you ask me, but hopefully there is reason for that, like undeniable breakthrough talent...

He has also been praised as "the next big star" by both VIBE and XXL.

LA Reid Can"t Handle The Heat????

A while back I posted on a rumor that I had heard about L.A. Reid and his not up to par work at his label, and now it seems through his actions he is proving those rumors to be true. L.A. Reid has found himself in hot water after being accused of mishandling many of his label’s biggest projects during the last year. The Island Def Jam CEO has been facing pressure from Lucian Grainge, the new Universal Music Group CEO, following his rampant spending and the incredibly low sales of Mariah Carey and Rihanna’s recent releases. Reid’s recent efforts to sign Jennifer Lopez (who has not had a hit record in years, and has been bombing as of late) have made him the target of serious media criticism.
Reid was scheduled to answer questions from fellow industry moguls regarding the issue at the Billboard 2010 Music Money Symposium at the St. Regis last week but he failed to make an appearance after one of his sons mysteriously fell ill. To date, Carey’s "Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel" has sold just short of 500k units since it’s release in September while Rihanna’s "Rated R" has only shipped 2.5 worldwide compared to the 2.6 million that her "Good Girl Gone Bad" album sold in the US alone.

Young Money's Nicki Minaj has reportedly recruited R&B singer Bobby Valentino for her upcoming debut album.n

"It was me, Nicki and the producer, Fat Boy, kinda vibing in the studio," Bobby said about their 'Stilettos" collaboration. "That same night, Fat Boy played a couple more tracks and I heard one that I really liked and Nicki was in there, too, so we did like a true collaboration. She had the fly shoes on, so I was like, 'Those some crazy stilettos right there.' We just started talking and that's how the whole concept came together. That's why I think the song came out real crazy. 'Cause we were [really] going back and forth...Me and Nicki been cool for a while. She's blowing up now, but we been working together for years.
