Keri Hilson raised a lot of eyebrows when she performed at Pepsi Super Bowl Fan Jam concert she performed in this revealing top.

Can't tell if that's a shirt or a leotard??? Whateva it is it's too much (TOO little!).  Her stylist needs to be docked pay for this, at the very lease. Knwing her she probaly picked this out.  And for her sake, I hope that's material I seeing tucked away in there (if U know What I mean)
