On being able to “dress” herself
“When something’s natural, it’s just that easy. If you have an eye for it, you have an eye for it. A lot of people don’t. A lot of people use stylists to dress them. A lot of people use stylists just to walk to the gas station. But, you know, this is natural. You gotta be able to throw on something in the dark and still make it work”.

On who she thinks is cute:
I’m starting to get over [actor Shia Labeouf]. I liked him for years and I still haven’t met him yet. I must tell you, honey, he is so sexy. Speaking of, Have you seen Shannon Brown? Shannon Brown is from the Lakers. I saw him in the background when Derek Fisher was doing an interview after a game and honey, that body was everything.

You know what I learned. Patience is everything. When you have an artist that does so much it’s hard to find that right record when your artist sings every genre. It’s like what’s gonna fit her? And then there is the process of trying to pick a song so, you know…

On projects she is currently working on
I would just go do movies and come back and do the album later. That movie money is great. I have alot of things coming up as far as designing for other clothing lines and creating collections and stuff. I do alot. People assume that because they don’t see you, you’re not doing anything. I do alot behind the scenes. That’s where the money is.

You can do something you believe in and people will still say, “This sh*t is terrible!” But I still believe in Kanye’s vision. Maybe we didn’t do a great job with getting the point across—it was supposed to be a humorous video. When I read the comments, I was like, Man, I guess no one wants to laugh anymore. Everybody wants the fairy tale, you know?

That’s what happens when you have passionate fans. They feel like they’re a part of your career. So it’s like, “That’s not what I would’ve done for you.” We’re in a day and age when videos are dead. There’s no outlet for them. That video did its job—it was a conversation piece. It has however many million views. It’s great that people love to see you, but videos don’t propel you like they used to. Your video going number-one doesn’t really mean much anymore. ‘Cause it’s only 106 & Park.

Drake on His Loyalty To Young Money
Everyone seems to have a comment for me about Young Money, “f*ck Young Money” or “Why are you with them?” But what people have to understand is maybe there was a way for me to be successful without Young Money. But we’ll never know. My loyalty is to Wayne, and that goes for anybody who genuinely believes in me. We don’t have the most personal relationship where we hang out every day or we talk that much, but Wayne’s admiration and respect goes without being verbally said. He put his neck out there for me at a very early stage, and those actions tell me everything I need to know about how he feels about me as an artist.

Do Artist even make us go out and buy magazines anymore...my favorite sing can't make me run to the news stand...

Swizz Beatz Heart Winner Alicia Keys?

Alicia Keys had a lot to smile about on her 29th birthday Jan. 25: an engagement ring from her producer beau, Swizz Beatz!

A pal tells UsMagazine.com that Beatz, 31 (who is currently divorcing wife Mashonda), proposed with a 7-carat sparkler right before her big day; the happy couple were photographed strolling on a Hawaii beach the day of the proposal, Jan. 24.

Keys’ rep denies she is engaged, but another friend reveals, “They are currently in Hawaii celebrating the engagement and her birthday. She feels blessed.” Adds the pal: “She is thrilled. She is with the man who has inspired so much of her music and her new album [The Element of Freedom].”

Swizz is equally smitten with Keys.”What we have is so precious,” he gushed to the New York Daily News last year.

Mariah Carey New Video Joints

Here is Mariah Carey video for "Up Out Of My Face" ft Nicki Minaj.

The video is just blah for me. Nothing new or different which ain't a good thing cus other that Nicki's verse I can't even pay the song any attention. With that being said, I can't blame her or her record label for not wanting to put anymore money or effort (for that matter) into this song or project. "Memoirs" hasn't performed well on radio or the charts. The lambs are mad at the producers of this album, mainly because they allowed The Dream to exclusively produce this album, with. And to make matters worse they are releasing a remix version of her latest, which could turn out to further embarrass Mariah. Taking a bad album and remixing it with phone in rapped verses can't help her cause.
As much as I didn't care about Nicki when I first hear and seen her(the Lil Kim poster remake), her animation and delivery is catching my attention. How long she can keep it will be the real question tho. I heard her earlier work, and to tll you the truth she really does sound like a Lil Kim Foxy Brown clone like they say. But right now I'm really feelin her and she seems like a nice girl.

The lambs will be especially happy cuz she also released Angels Cry ft. Ne-Yo. Check them both out and comment...

So I got the official word that Lady Gaga is opening the Grammys this Sunday. This is really great and deserving new for the"bad Romance" singer. She has truly worked for it and will rock on Grammy night.
There is aslo word going around my circle of bloggers that Beyonce may even join her on stage in some way to perform there song "Telephone", but nothing solid as of yet.

Rihanna has revealed that she will not perform this Sunday at the Grammy Awards. She obviously had troubles last year with Chris Brown. According to neonlimelight.com, she told Carson Daily earlier today: Performance

“We messed their show up pretty bad last year. They might be a little mad at me.”

Ciara Fashion LA to Paris...

For you Ciara fans, she been out and about a lot lately looking great. Her album is said to be in preparation stages for a early 2010 release, and she's been getting a lot of endorsement deal so she's out workin' it.

I wasn't feelin the white dress or the hair. Really a tablecloth and lace neckline throw away fabric? At least that's what she made it look like, truth be told betta styling and it could have looked like something. For a regular girl cool, but your (somewhat) famous girl, work...



And she was also spotted outside of the Givenchy Boutique, she’s living the life out in Paris while playing Muse to Givenchy.
She wore a new fur and looked amazing. Peta won't like it but I do. While there she racked up on some free clothes, which is another reason why she shouldn't have had to wear that mediocre white ensemble.

At T-Pain’s Christmas party he was seen with Victoria Secret model Jessica White. And cuz I know you wanna know, she's one of Terrell Owen’s ex girls. My sources go as far as to say that Ne-Yo IS dating Victoria secret model Jessica White (not just rumor)and that the two have been out to dinner in various places and she’s been in on several of his latest recording sessions.
